Frameworks 4 Change

The Bevern Trust is working together with Frameworks 4 Change on a two year project. They are holding training sessions for staff, evaluating how we work and coaching and advising us to help our residents to live more meaningful lives. We are learning the value of just being together. A phrase that Andy Bradley Director of Frameworks 4 Change uses often is ‘We are ‘Human Beings’, not ‘Human Doings. We spend so much time ‘doing’ the things we need to do for our residents without really thinking about whether or not the resident could do some of it with us. We all need to learn to have ‘quality’ time together, doing chores together, ‘chilling out’ together.
